The role will involve handling incoming technical support queries from end customers and worldwide distributor offices, via email, telephone and a ticketing system. Working closely with the existing support and development team the successful candidate will also update and improve the product Knowledgebase and become involved in pre-release test cycles. Further opportunities exist for a good communicator in presenting and demonstrating the product to customers and commercial and technical partners. This will involve working with IT staff and Management from organisations of all sizes, supporting our ESET Partners and liaising with our development team. The position will appeal to a technician, developer or engineer, with good knowledge of security software and possibly some presentation experience. Based in Taunton, Somerset this role will require some travel within the UK and possibly overseas. As a junior developer you will be joining the team in enhancing the company's award winning desktop encryption software and administration tools. You will be able to get involved in numerous aspects of development, including C++ based Windows development, JavaScript & PHP and Objective C on iOS and OSX. Based in Taunton, Somerset this role will require occasional travel within the UK and possibly, on occasion overseas to support other staff in product demonstrations, customer installations or troubleshooting. As Project Coordinator/Assistant you will be joining the team in enhancing the company's award winning desktop encryption software. You will be involved in numerous aspects of project management, reporting and documentation for our team of developers and the formalising of our Agile development process. The role extends to product management with an emphasis on documentation and although experience is preferred it is not essential. Based in Taunton, Somerset this role will require occasional travel within the UK and possibly, on occasion overseas to support other staff in project meetings.
